What Flow Mo?

Helsinki-based Flow Mo Crew is Finland’s most successful street dance group and six times Finnish Champion. Since 2002, members of the pioneering street dance crew have been touring the world competing, teaching workshops, performing and judging some of the world’s biggest street dance competitions. In the beginning of the 2000’s Flow Mo brought international recognition to Finnish street dance. The group’s original style has influenced street dancers all over the world. One of Flow Mo’s biggest achievements is winning New York’s biggest breaking competition Rock Steady Crew Anniversary in 2006. In Finland Flow Mo is known for being a true representer of Hip Hop culture. As well as being dancers, the members of the crew are active musicians, DJ’s, visual artists and event producers. The group’s dynamic performances have been seen on TV-shows such as “Tanssi tähtien kanssa” and “Eurovision Dance Contest”. The crew has also released two DVD’s; “Lifetime of Soul” and “Arctic Flow’ers”. In 2010, four members of the group founded the dance center “Saiffa” in central Helsinki.

 

Flow Mo is one of the only true school crews in the world. They have stuck to their style throughout the years. Not following trends but making them.
